How will your donation be used for our Latidos community?
Stipend for Latidos instructors.
Right now we are in need of financial support to be able to pay our teachers. We have 25 teachers who give quality music, dance, and art instruction to our students. Some of these teachers work part time and some full time, and are given a stipend according to the hours that they teach.
The purchase/repair of instruments.
Right now, the students only have limited access to musical instruments when they attend class. Our goal is to be able to give responsible students instruments which they can take home and practice. Additionally, we require financial resources for the care, maintenance and transport of the instruments to different Latidos locations.
Psychological and physical care.
Resources and personnel for providing comprehensive and holistic care for children whose parents do not have the necessary resources to meet their psychological or physical conditions.
Purchase of educational material.
Allow us to provide new and relevant educational material to develop different classroom activities.
Recreational activities.
It is important for children and families to be able to enjoy recreational time together, and we organize activities and times for them to do this.
Nutritional snacks.
Many of the students who study in Latidos do not eat three meals a day, and we strive to give them a snack before they begin their class for the day.
Transparency of the use of resources:
All of the resources will be used in a way which is transparent, responsible, opportune, and optimal to provide support to all the children and youth who we serve, and who look to our foundation as a place to feel safe, to learn, and to be empowered as future leaders of humanity. All of the resources which we acquire, and all the activities that we organize thanks to these donations will be shared on our social media platforms to guarantee transparency and gain the trust of our donors.

Latidos Foundation puts at your disposition simple, fast, and secure means of donation which guarantee the confidentiality of your information.
Donations will be collected via the Brophy College Preparatory Office of Faith and Justice, and delivered to the Medical Mission Sisters for Latidos Music Foundation.
The money that you donate will go to the Medical Mission Sisters of Philadelphia, who will send it directly to Latidos in Venezuela.
